A strong recruitment campaign does not start with advertisements, but with insight. That is why we first map out where your target group is located, what candidates really find important and how your organisation compares to competitors in the market. With insights from over 250 recruitment campaigns, we know which terms of employment, culture, communication and positioning move candidates. From our TEAM framework, we analyse what candidates are sensitive to, what competitors offer and how your proposition can be more closely aligned with the current labour market. On this basis, we provide concrete advice on matters such as content, employer branding, terms of employment and image, so that your organisation becomes more attractive to the right people. This is how we lay the foundation for structurally more and better candidates.
Based on the strategy, we build targeted recruitment campaigns that get your story to the right audience in the right way. In doing so, we use channels such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms where your target group is active. Which channels, content and messages we deploy, we determine entirely based on data and performance. The goal is always twofold: making your organisation visible as an attractive employer and reaching the right candidates in the places where they are active every day. By continuously optimising on results, we ensure a constant flow of relevant applications. On average, campaigns yield between 30 and 80 responses per month and we usually achieve one or more hires within a few weeks.
A high intake is valuable, but only if you end up talking to the right candidates. That is why we also take care of the initial selection. We filter the applications received, conduct the first interviews and assess candidates on motivation, experience and fit with your organisation. This prevents your agenda from filling up with interviews that ultimately lead nowhere. Instead, you will only be presented with the most relevant candidates, usually between 2 and 5 per campaign. This makes the process more efficient, clearer and above all more effective. Even after the selection, we remain involved and advise on follow-up steps, increasing the chances that the right candidate will actually sign in the end.
