What will you do?

As a BMI Project Manager, you ensure that fire alarm and evacuation projects run smoothly, safely and in accordance with the agreement, from the initial enquiry right through to handover. You maintain an overview, bring people together and ensure that the technical aspects, planning and finances are all in order.

You will assess, advise on and manage new project proposals.
You will manage technicians and the work planning team, coach them and keep them on their toes.
You will oversee the planning, progress, quality and budget of your projects.
You will liaise with clients, suppliers and other project partners.
You will organise project evaluations, reports and ensure that work is handed over correctly to the service department.
You are responsible for ensuring safety, quality, health and environmental protection in every project.
You identify commercial opportunities and help secure new contracts.
