What will you do?

As an In-House Sales Assistant at WeL Group in Houten, you will ensure that enquiries are dealt with and that customers know exactly where they stand. You will support the sales activities of the various companies within the group, including WeL Inspectie: a specialist in drinking water safety and air quality.

  • Follow up on warm leads and ask further questions to gain a clear understanding of the customer’s needs.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and keep in touch regarding the next steps.
  • Processing requests and carefully recording appointments.
  • Keep the commercial records up to date and ensure customer details are current.
  • Keep track of current applications and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
