Piping and Equipment Foreman

What will you do?

As an Assistant Foreman for Piping & Equipment at Willems, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on work. Together with a small team, you’ll work on complete pipework installations for river cruise ships at the shipyards in Druten and Heusden. You’ll keep track of the big picture and ensure your colleagues know what needs to be done.

  • You will organise and coordinate day-to-day operations.
  • You’ll organise the work and act as the first point of contact for your team.
  • You will be involved in the assembly and installation of pipework systems.
  • You will oversee the schedule, quality and safety during the project.
  • You identify bottlenecks and help devise practical solutions.

Willems in Boven-Leeuwen manufactures and installs high-quality pipework systems for the shipbuilding industry. You’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in their field and deliver installations you can be proud of.

What do you get?

  • A salary of between €3,812 and €4,883 per month.
  • 40 days off per year: 27 days’ holiday and 13 ADV days.
