What will you do?

As a Foreman for new-build projects, you will oversee day-to-day operations on site and, together with your team, ensure that every river cruise ship is built safely, professionally and on schedule. You will act as the link between the shop floor and project management, ensuring that your colleagues can work to the best of their ability.

Allocating tasks, setting priorities and managing staff on site
Monitoring progress, quality and safety throughout the entire construction process
Facilitating and preparing work, such as arranging the necessary materials, resources and crane capacity
Checking that work is carried out correctly in accordance with drawings, work instructions and quality requirements
Act as the designated point of contact between the shop floor, suppliers and project management
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks and discrepancies on site
Ensuring safe working practices, order, tidiness and compliance with company and health and safety regulations

Salary between €4,018 and €5,080 gross per month
40 days off per year
