What will you do?

As a Financial Administration Assistant, you are responsible for ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. You support the financial processes, maintain an overview of all cash flows and identify any discrepancies or irregularities in good time.

  • Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices and other financial documents
  • Maintaining and checking accounts receivable and accounts payable records
  • Proactively following up with debtors following invoicing
  • Monitoring and identifying outstanding items in a timely manner – and taking immediate action in response
  • Handling VAT returns and CBS declarations
  • Providing support with monthly reports, monthly and year-end closings, and the preparation of financial statements
  • Actively contributing ideas and helping to improve administrative processes
  • Communicating clearly and thoughtfully with colleagues, suppliers and customers

What do you get?

  • Salary between €3,820 and €5,161 gross per month
  • A role involving 24 to 32 hours per week
  • 40 days off per year (on a full-time basis)

What do you bring?

  • MBO level of working and thinking, preferably in the field of Business Administration
  • Experience with Exact Globe Plus and Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Experience in project administration is an advantage
  • Strong at numbers, precise and able to identify discrepancies independently
  • A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • Independent, discreet, flexible, reliable and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills and a pleasure to work with
