What will you do?

In this role, you’ll act as the link between clients, colleagues and ongoing projects. You’ll ensure that commitments are met, requests are processed and everyone has the correct information. Thanks to your ability to see the bigger picture and your communication skills, everything runs smoothly, even when things get busy. Your work is varied and you’ll be in daily contact with both clients and colleagues.

Maintaining daily contact with customers
Coordinating with colleagues in the field
Processing enquiries, quotations and orders
Monitoring appointments, schedules and deadlines
Providing support to customers with their queries and requests
Administrative processing of customer and order data
Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes
Ensuring clarity and smooth cooperation between the parties involved

What do you get?

A gross monthly salary of between €2,910 and €3,708
