What will you do?

In this role, you will be working on high-quality technical installations that are deployed worldwide on ships and at offshore sites. You will assemble, install and test complete systems, and see the results of your work directly reflected in the end product. No mass production or assembly line work here, but bespoke work where technology, quality and craftsmanship take centre stage. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that every installation is delivered fully operational and ready for use.

Assembly and installation of gangways and access systems
Working with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components
Testing, inspecting and adjusting installations
Resolving technical issues during assembly
Working with engineering and colleagues on the shop floor
Reading and following technical drawings and instructions
Monitoring the quality and performance of systems
Contributing to a safe and efficient working environment

What do you get?

A gross monthly salary of between €3,260 and €4,018
25 days’ holiday per year
13 ADV days, included in the salary
