In this role, you’ll contribute on a daily basis to the safety of a wide range of buildings and organisations. You’ll work independently at various locations, ensuring that fire-resistant installations are correctly fitted, inspected and maintained. No two days are the same: one day you might be working in an office block, the next in a care home, school or industrial setting. You’ll have a great deal of freedom in your work and see the results of your efforts straight away. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that buildings comply with the applicable fire safety requirements.
