What will you do?

As an Electronics Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating, integrating and troubleshooting advanced electronic systems used for satellite testing and space applications. Based at our modern site in Leiden, you will carry out electrical and functional tests on modules, sub-assemblies and complete systems to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on engineering role that combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills and precision. You will work with advanced measuring equipment, automated test environments and the latest aerospace technology within an environment that is entirely focused on innovation and quality.

  • Drawing up and preparing electrical and functional test plans and test procedures
  • Carrying out tests on PCB modules, sub-assemblies and complete systems
  • Carrying out system integration and configuration management activities
  • Developing and validating automated test scripts in Python
  • Investigating and resolving hardware and system faults
  • Setting up and maintaining advanced test environments and measuring equipment
  • Translating client requirements into test specifications and test procedures
  • Preparation of detailed test reports and handover documentation
  • Working with hardware, firmware and software engineers

What do you bring?

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable subject
  • Experience in testing electronic systems and measuring equipment
  • Knowledge of oscilloscopes, signal generators and other laboratory instruments
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Hold a valid EU work permit or be authorised to work within the EU
