In this role, you’ll combine technical skills, logistics and customer contact in a single, varied role. You’ll be the link between customers, technicians, suppliers and the workshop. No two days are the same: one moment you’ll be helping a customer at the counter, the next you’ll be arranging parts for a repair or coordinating deliveries with suppliers. Thanks to your efforts, colleagues in the workshop can continue to work efficiently and customers are assisted promptly.
