What will you do?

As a Structural Fire Prevention Estimator, you will ensure that plans, drawings and applications are translated into competitive and accurate cost estimates. You will play a key role in securing and successfully delivering fire safety projects.

You will calculate the costs of materials, labour, equipment and work carried out by third parties.
You will draw up tenders and quotations and ensure that they are submitted in full and on time.
You check and manage quotation documents carefully.
You will liaise with clients regarding enquiries and assignments.
You carry out post-project cost analyses and analyse the results.
You will contribute ideas on how to improve costing guidelines, processes and procedures.
You will be working alongside work planners, consultants, inspectors, project managers and schedulers.
You will help to implement a new costing method within the ERP system.
