We worked to find a candidate who fit both the
function as the organisation.
For TANIQ, we started with a comprehensive analysis of the target group, the market and the organisation's positioning as an employer. In doing so, we investigated where the right candidates are, what they find important in a new challenge and how TANIQ could distinguish itself more strongly within the industry.
Based on these insights, we developed a strategy that matched both the target audience and the organisation's ambitions. Here, we looked not only at the vacancy itself, but especially at how to communicate the function, culture and opportunities within TANIQ to appeal to the right people.
We then translated this strategy into targeted campaigns, content and communication towards the target group. In addition, we advised TANIQ on various elements around employer branding, positioning and image, so that the campaign not only generated more visibility, but also better matched what candidates actually look for in an employer.
