The implementation

For Aquador

For Aquador, we began with a comprehensive analysis of the target audience, the market and the organisation’s positioning as an employer. As part of this, we investigated where the right candidates could be found, what they consider important in a new role, and how Aquador could distinguish itself more clearly within the sector.

Based on these insights, we developed a strategy that aligned with both the target audience and the organisation’s ambitions. In doing so, we looked not only at the vacancy itself, but above all at how the role, culture and opportunities within Aquador needed to be communicated in order to attract the right people.

We then translated this strategy into targeted campaigns, content and communications aimed at the target audience. In addition, we advised Aquador on various aspects relating to employer branding, positioning and image, so that the campaign not only generated greater visibility but also better aligned with what candidates are actually looking for in an employer.
